Foundation Structural Repair

Concrete Support for your Project

Failing foundation cracks

Failing foundations can be repaired with the correct techniques and knowledge. Pioneer has been an expert in structural foundation repair since 2006.   Helical piers, screw anchors, friction push piers and carbon fibre reinforcement are all tools that can be used to support structural foundation repair.

Helical piers (screw anchors) are excellent tools to support and repair a shifting or failing foundation. They are strong metal rods placed underneath your foundation that help support by transferring the load of your structure from unstable or poor soil to more stable soil or bedrock.

Carbon Fibre Reinforcing works by "stitching" two pieces of concrete together. To do this, a carbon fiber stitch is inserted from either side of the crack. The carbon fiber stitch will prevent the crack from expanding further. This method is particularly effective in cases where the slab is pulling apart.

Helical Piers since 2006

Pioneer was one of the first companies in Canada to bring Helical Piers into the industry.  We started with a number of projects in Ontario and moved our company to Alberta in 2013.

We've completed many complex projects involving structural foundation repair and appreciate the trust and opportunity our clients place on our shoulders.
